A Plan Built Around Your Real Life

Structure with a purpose, not just volume.

Generic plans assume everyone has the same starting point, schedule and ability to recover. Endurance coaching accounts for your recent training, event demands, time constraints, strength work and the feedback you provide as the program unfolds.

The objective is not simply to add more miles. It is to organize easy work, focused intensity, long sessions, strength and recovery so each week has a purpose.

One approach, many events.

What Endurance Coaching Can Include

The pieces of a durable plan.

How the Process Works

From consultation to your next phase.

  1. Discuss the event, goal, training history, schedule and available equipment.
  2. Review recent training data and complete a practical baseline assessment.
  3. Add VO2 max or lactate threshold testing when it will improve zone or intensity decisions.
  4. Begin a progressive plan with clear priorities for each session.
  5. Share feedback and training data so the coach can adjust the next phase.
Use testing without being ruled by numbers

VO2 max testing can establish aerobic capacity, and lactate or ventilatory threshold testing can improve pace, power and heart-rate zones. Testing is valuable when it changes the plan, but subjective effort, training response and consistency remain essential.

Strength and Recovery for Durable Endurance

The work that keeps you training.

Endurance coaching should account for strength, mobility and recovery rather than treating them as afterthoughts. Personal training can provide dedicated strength support, while massage, compression, sauna and other recovery services can be scheduled around demanding periods based on preference and need.
